About Alan
With extensive experience in aircraft transactions, asset management, business intelligence, I have a proven track record of delivering results in leadership and analytical roles. As a former director of nine entities with combined shareholder capital of $1 billion and a former business license holder for operations with shareholder capital of $400 million, I have consistently navigated and excelled in complex business environments.
Leveraging deep industry expertise, I have spearheaded the commercial analysis of technical, financial, market, and economic data to support acquisitions, asset management strategies, and sales negotiations. My contributions have driven significant achievements, including growing an aircraft leasing portfolio from 1 to 17 leased aircraft within a year and launching the pioneering A321 P2F program. With over 200 aircraft and engine valuations, including the industry’s first A321 P2F valuation, I have supported fixed-wing transactions totaling approximately $200 million and worked on more than a hundred rotor wing transactions whilst managing a significant number of them.
In business intelligence, I have successfully delivered on Agile-driven projects across actuarial, leasing, banking, and utility sectors. By utilising advanced tools such as SQL Azure DWH, Oracle DB 12c, SSIS, Tableau, OBIEE 12c, and Power BI, I’ve implemented on innovative solutions that improved data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
My expertise is underpinned by a robust academic foundation in Aeronautical Engineering, complemented by specialised training in aircraft leasing and asset management. This blend of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and hands-on industry experience enables me to provide exceptional value and innovative solutions to my clients.
